Happy 4th of July friends! I’m just popping in to share an equipment free workout to do on the Fourth of July. I know many people will be traveling and won’t have access to the gym so I thought this would be fun way to exercise with friends or family. It’s a quick workout with 7 exercise and 4 rounds but don’t be fooled because these exercises are tough but are great full body exercises. I am celebrating the 4th likely on the beach or in the birthplace of America (Philly). I’ve traveling June 29-July 4 so it’s been great to have some time away from work and etc. but I still like to fit in some movement especially if I’m going to be sitting around most of the day. I still have my Half Ironman training in full force so keeping active is important. Remember not to stress about missing a workout- one workout does not make or break your fitness or finish time.
