It’s been awhile since I shared a workout so I wanted to get a fun cardio agility workout out to you guys before the weekend. Do you like workout posts? Personal posts? Recipe posts?? My recipe posts seem to be the most popular but I want to make sure I am delivering solid content that you guys enjoy! This week has been a busy one… I’m speaking at Wounded Warriors Expo so I had to finalize my presentations and practice my public speaking since it’s been awhile. It’s not my typical audience but it’s a cause and program I really support so I was honored to be asked to speak about nutrition. Wish me luck!! And enjoy the workout!
