Good morning!! Did anyone else enjoy the long weekend? Of course I woke up with a sore throat, congestion, cough/cold on Friday before we headed for the Poconos. But I made the best of it despite being sick and had a great time with friends and learned to ski, yay! I’m exhausted today though and missing the hot tub, haha. Anyways I should’ve done some quick food prep yesterday but I was too tired, luckily I made these delicious treats awhile ago and stuffed them in the freezer- perfect snack! I like these pre or post workout, as an afternoon snack, or even a taste of dessert. I need to make more of these for my next trip because they travel perfectly! Plus they are allergen friendly- nut free, dairy free, gluten free, etc.
