Celebrate Easter with these Easter Egg Flourless Brownie Bites. Gluten free and grain free dessert that everyone will love.
And because I love you guys so much I have a bonus dessert from my friend Kelly Jones (another local Philly RD) to share! Kelly made Lavendar Lemon Bunny Cakes to get into the Easter spirit so make sure you go check out her recipe as well!
The brownie bites just happened to be flourless because I didn’t have any flour on hand but it totally worked. I’ve seen a few versions of flourless brownies before so it’s definitely something I’ll have to try again. The recipes yield about a dozen mini muffins so if you are making for a big group you might want to double it.
You could also use as many candy Easter eggs per bite as you wanted but 3 seemed to look the most aesthetically pleasing. If you aren’t celebrating Easter or want to make these for a different occasion simply omit the eggs or replace with some M&M’s or another small piece of candy (no candy is necessary but it definitely takes the recipe up a notch).
