Yay as you read this post I am traveling the West Coast! So many adventures and delicious eats, I love it already! Even though we are staying with friends and using Air BnB and not staying in a hotel, I felt it would be easiest to call it a hotel room workout. So basically it means you only need a little space and no equipment so you can do it pretty much anywhere. I mentioned before I don’t have a ton of workouts planned for my trip but planning on a lot of walking, a few runs, and hikes! Hopefully I’ll be able to work in some HIIT workouts as well such as this plank workout or this anywhere full body workout or the one I’m sharing today!
What types of workouts do you like to do while traveling? I always try to do ALOT of walking everywhere and also get a few runs in to take in some new scenery!
