New Year, new you?! NO WAY!!! I’m just here to share that if you set an unrealistic new years resolution or goal and you already “failed” to forget about it! There’s no need to follow any crazy diet, exercise program, or weight loss strategy to be a better you. Try looking deep in yourself this year and think about what brings value to your life… is it losing 10lbs?? is it going completing Whole 30?? Are those really big life accomplishments that you are proud of??? Why not set a goal this year to accept your body and appreciate it!!!??!? Your body wants you to love it, not manipulate or punish it.
