I’ve shared some Tabata workouts on the blog before and I’m doing it again because it really is one of my favorite ways to workout. Each tabata last for 4 minutes with 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, completed 8 times. I made this tabata a combination of 4 exercises I forget to do but they are super effective at kicking my butt during a workout. I usually like to do 15-20 minutes of HIIT so I’ll do a tabata more than once- feel free to do it as many times as you want. As always check with your doctor before changing your exercise routine and remember I’m not a personal trainer I’m just sharing a workout I like to do. Let me know if you have any questions. Don’t forget to warm up and stretch! Enjoy!

I love Tabata workouts. They’re so hard but at least you know they’ll be over soon.
Knowing they are quick is definitely my favorite part, haha.
Love this! I had my clients do something similar for a finisher tonight!
Nice! I love a quick and hard finish!
Saving this for the next time I need a quick sweat sesh!
You will be sweating for sure! Enjoy 🙂
I love love tabata workouts! I love the short, hard work then mini break. They go by so quickly!
They go quickly as long as I’m not watching the seconds tick by on the clock, lol.
Skaters are one of my favorites! Looks like a great workout!
Me too- I forget about them sometimes but I really enjoy them!
