So it’s snowing AGAIN… this has pretty much been the worst winter ever (at least in my adult life). When you’re a kid you’re excited for two hour delays and snow days and you don’t have to worry about going anywhere. In the real world there are no snow days (well at least not in the healthcare/medical field). You go to work and you hope you make it safely and you don’t get stuck there. Anyways enough complaining! While you’re stuck at home or can’t make it to the gym you should at least get a small workout in. I created a moderate intensity at home workout that can be done in your living room (or if there is not snow where you are, you could do it at the gym). Are you making it to the gym today?? Working out from home???
