Finally sharing a workout on the blog for the first time in monthssss! Now I don’t want you guys to think I stopped working out- I didn’t, I just used Class Pass in place of a lot of my workouts. This workout was created Saturday morning when I really, really wanted to run outside but knew my foot was still not in condition for full impact- hence the elliptical.  But you could use the treadmill, bike, or even run outside.

So this workout is a two parter.  During speed section of Part 1 you want to push yourself as hard as you can- it should be an all-out sprint. The recover should be a much slower, more leisurely pace. For part 2 you need a clock, 45 seconds of doing the exercise as hard as you can and then 15 seconds rest. Repeat either or both if desired….pretty simple and straight forward- let me know if you give it a try!
