Welcome to my favorite post of the year! I love looking back on 2017 and see where I grew and improved and also thinking about what I want to do with the blog going forward. One thing that definitely improved this past year was my photography, even though I still have a long way to go! I’m hoping to share more dietitian/intuitive eating/non diet/nutrition information type posts in 2018 as I’ve gotten lots of positive feedback when I share those types of messages on Instagram.
The past few months have been incredibly busy with a big move and a few other things in life that kept me from being as active in my blog and business but I’m hoping to get back on track in 2018 and start the year off strong. I even added an intern to the Dietitian Jess Nutrition team this year and she has been awesome at generating content and is becoming more involved in helping me with my social media accounts going forward. Thanks for all your hard work Courtney!
