Coconut Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut off ends of sprouts and outer leaves (if fresh).
  • Halve sprouts
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl with lid or plastic bag to even coat veggies
  • Spread onto baking sheet
  • Broil for 10 minutes on high.
  • Serve warm or put in fridge for meals during the wee
